meds. Every so often he gets massive headaches that hit hard and
fast. Usually I give him two or three excederin migraine pills that
take about 45 minutes to work. I've just got started using the oils.
I love the peppermint on my headaches. So I asked him if he'd let me
use the oil. I put some on the back of his neck, across his forehead
and massaged it into his temples. Within minutes the headache was
easing. Ten minutes later it had gone from a ten down to a three and
twenty minutes later totally gone. He loves it and so do I. I just
wanted to share.
