[Everything doTERRA] Long term viability of onguard or lemon mixed w/water

In a class today I was discussing cleaning w/water + onguard spray or
water + lemon.

Someone asked if the viability of the anitbacterial properties of the
oils diminishes the longer it is mixed w/the water. She was comparing
it to a bleach + water cleaning solution?

I know the oils don't expire. But after mixing with water?
