[Everything doTERRA] asthma- breathe sensetivity

My friend uses two inhalers for asthma and I had given her a sample of
Breathe. She loved it so much and it worked for her. She was inhaling
in her nose as well as using her hand to cup and inhale into her
mouth.

She used it for a week and then she got a real sore rash around her
nose and on her chin from the oils. She doesn't want to go back to her
inhalers but the oils are hurting her face... will dilution help or
what should I recommend to her?
