I have had tons and tons and tons of sinus infections in the past, before doTERRA.  Each time, I had gone to the doctor and he gave me a prescription for an Anit-biotic.  My friend had a sinus infection and she took 5 drops oregano in capsule 3 times a time until she felt better and then another day after that. 

 

Another friend loves OnGuard for her sinus problems and I love the Allergy Shot (Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint & sometimes Melaluca) as needed to maintain my sinus areas so that I do not get an infection.

 

Next time I have a sinus problem, I am going to try Pat's recommendation of Breathe/Rosemary/Lime.
