I also have this - it's never been enough of a bother for me to want to do anything about it, but I did notice that it reduced significantly years ago when I upped my niacin intake in an effort to lower my cholesterol.

Of course as soon as I stopped, it returned. Now, I notice that it's all but disappeared again and wonder if it's because of the LLV. I like to think yes. So, I don't have an "oils" answer, but I do have a "doTERRA" answer!
