My dad suffered from gout for many years! It was so bad that he couldn't walk for a week! Very debilitating!
Beer is a major contributor and I know a lot of certain fruits and veggies are as well! Good luck

Hi uric acid is one of the main causes of gout, if you have a propensity for it, stay away from foods that have it.
Red meat is one of them.

You can take it internally and topically. In a capsule or just in water. I would suggest
2-3 drops internally twice a day if you have gout. Topically 2 drops on affected area
covered with a hot moist cloth.
