Re: [Everything doTERRA] emotional healing aided by essential oils

Free form writing is one wonderful tool for emotional release. Get your pen moving faster than your thinking. Even scribble with the matched emotiion. My dad was murdered and I supressed a lot of emotion. When I did my first freeform writing, my pen was tearing the paper apart. Words were inadequate. In any case, let what comes from the pen carry the emotion from where you have stored it in your body to the paper, then burn the paper. You are sending it back to the nothingness from which it came.
