i would agree with rachel, except i would add that i really wouldn't try anything before 8 weeks. your body is still trying to establish a milk supply at that time. but i would assume if you hit a plateau you are past that point. i used S&S and i'm nursing still and no issues with my milk, BUT if i drink peppermit tea, it dries me out.
