[Everything doTERRA] Weight Gain after Menopause

Was talking with a woman today that has never had a weight issue until
after Menopause. She considers herself 25# overweight. Although she
doesn't appear overweight she said she wants to be back to her typical
weight. I told her I assumed her weight gain was hormone related
because it didn't occur until after Menopause. What are the
suggestions I should give her? I am meeting with her on Wednesday and
would love to be able to give her some suggestions.
