Alright, I need some input. I have been doing the usual of breathe over the bridge if my nose and even tried digestzen as I read somewhere it was supposed to help with it. Have faithfully been using onguard and drinking lemon water. Not working for me this time, usually that combo takes care of my sinus issues. Any suggestions for me? I am miserable. Digestzen actually makes me sneeze more and get the nose running, so I guess it is getting it out if me? Help please! As now my throat is starting to give me grieve too :) thanks so much, Melanie
