I would suggest that your friend consider seeing a chiropractor and
checking out blockages in the neck. My son had those symptoms and it
was because his C1 and C2 vertebrae were locked up. this blocks the
occipital nerve which can cause headache, nausea and dizziness. I
would also suggest looking for a practitioner who can perform the
Epley Manoever (google it) in case it is a disturbance in the inner
ear.
