[Everything doTERRA] Re: CPTG

I think that we need to give people more credit for understanding that
CPTG is a trademark. It has the little circled R right next to the
name. In fact, when I first heard that doTerra was CPTG, I rolled my
eyes because I recognized it for what it is -- a marketing term used
to convince people that doTerra has the best quality oils. I was
skeptical. It wasn't until I learned that doTerra does INDEPENDENT
testing on their oils that I accepted that they earned the right to
make the claims they do. I think most IPCs are pretty good about
explaining that there isn't an industry standard for essential oils,
and that is precisely why you get such differing quality oils. And I
think that CPTG is a great tool for explaining why our oils can be
trusted for quality. In fact, when we explain that we are the only
ones that test like this and are CPTG, we are implying that it isn't
an industry standard -- because no one else in the industry is doing
it! I see absolutely nothing misleading in the use of CPTG, and to
suggest otherwise takes a real twisting of logic.
