[Everything doTERRA] Anyone have their oils stolen in Portland, OR area?

A lady on Craigslist was selling Family Physician kit and some other
oils. After some corresponding through texting, it seemed very fishy.
I asked her why she was selling them and who she bought them through.
She said they were given as a gift and got mad about those questions.
From the things she said, I'm wondering if they were stolen.
