Thank you so much I will try the above...and will get a diffuser...I wasn't aware that my wax melt with no wax in it and just the oils would not work the same I looked it up and I need to get a diffuser. thank you so much for the reciptes I will be buying oils soon...and can't wait to see what happens. thanks you again. going to try all the ones you mentioned above.

I have tried melatonin and Valerian root and the doctors have said to try bynidril with no help.please help me out. I hate seeing my children unhappy. and I need some peace as well. and I have anxity pretty bad to and take medication for it. but mine is not horrible.Thanks in advance for any help.
