My sister-in-law applys clary calm on her tummy starting on day 14 through 28 (or the first day of ovulation until day 1 of her period). She says that has made a big difference for her.
My girls take 1 phyto a day and clary calm on days 14 -28 as well. However, PMS is from lacking progesterone so don't take any phytos without balancing it with oils and supplements that help with progesterone balance. See everythingessential.me for that protocol.
