I personally would use the zendocrine products to be sure my liver, kidneys, and colon are working efficiently as my body is trying to eliminate the medication.  The GI system and the brain are closely linked so I would use PB Assist to balance my gut flora and if need be down the road consider a GX Cleanse.  Hope that helps.
