[Everything doTERRA] Problem with diuretic prescriptions and frustrations with doctors

1st Can not say what I would do I were in that situation. I know that I do not take meds that I can get away with not taking and I sure as heck don't look for a Dr's permission to take care of me. I don't not know what hoops are required to stay on donner lists and I'm a bit rebellious kind of person assisted her body to get rid on MS. Totally different type of meds. So my reference points are all different. It too was going to be the death of me but MS meds don't save anyone and I have no idea what your meds do for you. I can tell you that our body's are not defient in medication. I can offer a bit of essential oil info that may or may not be helpful for you.

I can tell you my favorite diuretic is Frankincense at 90% mono-hydrocarbons it is what we turned to at 13,000 feet when we flew into Peru and used against the altitude sickness. Mito2Max was also hugly helpful. We used the frankinsince under our tounges. Citrus oils are also very high here, except for lime oil. So Lemon, Grapefruit are my fav. Of the citrus for diuretics we have all the time that I put in my water.

Lemon & Grapefruit also help our bodies dispose of toxins in our system which is great for general health and generally appetciated by the liver and kidneys.

I think caution with Oregino with damaged kidneys. Oregino is so good at what it does that filter organs can get overwhelmed if they are in bad shape. A reason we take a break from it after a couple weeks as they need time to ketch up with healthy filters.

I also love Cypress for general edema.

My favorite oils to apply to the kidneys- Rosmary if they have been dealing with any infections, Zendocrine as supportive oil. Lemon. I use them all topically and Zendocrine can be nice internally too.

I must causion you that ruling out the best nutritional support as to expensive can be more expensive then you are willing to pay. If our body's do not have the building blocks they need to heal themselves how exactly to you expect it to do great things and you would like some great things out of your body. Our food just is not the quality it needs to be to give us what we need and when our body's and compromised they need even more. Nutrition and love are what our bodies need most. Yes LLV can seem expensive if you don't expect it to do anything for you. But if your determined to give your body what it needs to heal then it's invaluable.

One last note there was a video of a small child with heart problems on YouTube that won some DoTERRA contest. He used Elevation on his heart every day to give it energy I believe he said.

I also feel Dr Hills basics are wise for all but imparitive for anyone serious about getting control of their health
Daily
Balance- feet , LLV, Frank- under toung, citrus in water, Lav or like before bed.
He also recommends onGuard toothpast- healthy mouth helps hugly
DDR Prime- we love it b4 bed.

I'm not where you are with oils or resources. We literally have no meds in our home. We use naturals for everything and no longer have major health problems but none were genetic. We did let the doc sedate for wisdom teeth removal but used oils after for pain. You will likly want to look at what you are doing and weigh the benefits of your choices. Considering everything as well as the consequences for each way you might go with your health.

Note when we were broke from all the medical my parents offered to help where they could, what are your resources to get where you want to be health wise. Research it and make a plan. That is my advise.
