I personally used frankincense only. I used it on my own moles and it worked great. I believe the crusty object is the mole dying off, as that is what I say on myself. It strated flaking off in pieces. She will have some flaky and crusty pieces until it is fully healed. Once it is gone, she may or may not want to use helichrysum for scaring, but I did not need to. 10 days of frankincense was all I needed :)

Oh, when I did it, I put one drop in the morning and one at night and covered with a small round bandaid so the oils could sink in well. You don't want the mole to "breathe". Suffocate it like you would a wart. Just my opinion, of course :)
