I need help! My doctor put me on prednisone for a severe allergic reaction from a pedicure I received. I now have all the side effects, puffy face, bloating, irritability, insomnia, & weight gain. Does anyone know what EO's to combine or supplements to take to combat or rid these horrible side effects. I'm just miserable!
