I have done the zendocrine cleanse a few times as well. All trying to clear up my skin and have yet to see a change with those. The gluten in lotions sparked my curiosity since my diet hanged have helped, but not 100% which would make sense with me continuing to reapply lotion with barley in it. Thanks again for the feedback!
