Serrapeptase is the enzyme that eats scar tissue. I guess she's not able to work? If she has financial issues she might ask a company to supply the enzymes in exchange for a testimonial. Worth a try. Call Enzymedica. Oh, and I'd use at least 2-3 times the DDR Prime but start slowly. Maybe the oil externally and caps internally? Hope this helps.
