[Everything doTERRA] Peaceful Child Blend, Grapefruit oil, Etc.

*Just purchased the Peaceful Child Blend for my 18 year old son with Tourette's; not sure if I am applying enough as I have not seen any marked difference in him with roughly 4-5 drops mixed with FCO.  I would appreciate advisement on this and any other oil treatments that work good for tics, thank you!

*Also, I had been experiencing a plateau in my diet for some time now, and proud to report to this group the doTerra Grapefruit oil has made an impact in whittling down to those last five pounds, the hardest to lose.  I have told everyone that will listen, this oil is an awesome clean effective product mixed in a water bottle, throughout the day this is my drink.  I also like to add Lemon oil, but the Grapefruit is sufficient alone and has improved my metabolism as a 46-year old woman.  

*Etc.--->  Anyone have an effective blend for sun spots?  I have been using straight Frankincense and Immortelle for a month; spots don't seem to be budging at all.  I love the skin care line, though, as it has made a difference in skin surface overall.
