I'm looking for ideas on how to rid myself of a horrible rash that has taken over my calf and won't go away. It started shortly after I started the GX assist in March. I did 10 days of GX and 5 of PB assist. Along with several other oils I was trying out, I think I may have overloaded my system and from all the reading I've done it seems like a major candida cleanse reaction. So I stopped most of the oils except a few for a month and the rash eased up. Then I started experimenting with other oils including zendocrine and LLV and the rash came back with a vengeance. My ankle and food on the same side are also swollen intermittently. Periodically my leg starts itching like crazy and after doing a lot of reading and experimenting I found the only thing that helps take the itch away is frankincense, balance and lavender in fco. I rub this mixture on twice a day.
My boyfriend is insisting I go to the doctor at this point, and I've agreed to go get it checked out but I still believe this is a candida rash and I'm not sure what the doctor will be able to do for it. I feel like the only way to get rid of it is to continue on the same path and get through it, but it really looks horrible (see picture) and I also developed a small patch of rash on my other leg. I've changed my diet recently as well, moving toward a whole foods diet with a high percentage of raw food including vegetable juice. Any ideas?
