[Everything doTERRA] Detox reaction

I put an woman aged 70 on LLV and DDR and Zendocrine and she is detoxing.  Her blood pressure has slightly increased as well as her inflammation in her knees.  Something we want to target.  I plan for her to go on the GX and PB Assist after she's been on the LLV, DDR and Zendocrine for 2-4 weeks.  I only have her on 1/2 a dose to start these because I knew she'd have a strong reaction.  Plus she is having acid reflux and burping when taking the Omegas in the LLV.  She wants to continue, but is this part of the normal detox process?  She also has a rash, which I know is detox related.  Will the blood pressure go down and when?  Hers is high anyway.  In addition she has dormant Hepatitis C and we don't want anything hurting her liver to bring it out of dormancy.
