This narrowing of the spinal canal squeezes the nerves and causes a lot of pain.
I would treat the area for relief of nerve damage. There is not a lot you can do about
the narrowing of the canal.
I would use Helichrysum,  Patchouli and Peppermint down the spine, you might want
to mix it with a little Fractionated Coconut Oil for better spreading. Then if possible
apply a warm towel to drive the oil in.
