My son is a type 1 diabetic, seizures are a sign of extremely low blood sugar. Making sure sugar levels do not drop below normal levels is very tricky. My son gets up at 2 am each morning just to test his sugar levels and adjust up or down as needed...If the 2 year old does not eat well because of illness or just normal daily ups and downs in appetite a low blood sugar can arise. This doesn't help you with the oils but it might help you understand the disease.
