My grandma called me about my oils (which is HUGE in itself!). She has
had a bout of heart scares and is on blood thinning medication. her
joints are inflamed and she is in alot of pain. she cannot take
anything that would add to thinning her blood, like fish oil or cumin,
or such meds as ibuprofen.
She wants a list of oils to use and wants to take them to her
Hemologist to see if its ok. Don't think he'll be able to tell her
much about the oils, but, she's opening her mind to them and that's
great!
What oils would you recommend topically and or internally to reduce
inflammation in her joints, and I think, overall body?
