Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Wintergreen

Hi Everyone...My friend has tennis elbow and also gets almost migraine
headaches. Her doctor wants to give her cortizone for her elbow which
she doesnt want to do...The essentials book says Birch is like a
natural cortizone but it doesnt seem to be available anymore.
Wintergreen is also so have ordered that. Does anyone know the best
way to use it and how often can it be used safely??? Also can it be
used for migrains and how. I did rub some Birch on her elbow and she
said it felt really good so I am hoping Wintergreen will be
also...Thanks for any advise.
Kind Regards
Kathy.
