[Everything doTERRA] food sensitivities

Hi,

ever since my daughter, 18 months, had her last shots, they gave her a 3 in 1 shot, we have had nothing but trouble in her being sensitive to food, not had trouble before that at all, now she is even breaking out in hives after she eats. She had a rash for 3 weeks afterwards. What oils can I use on her and how?
I was even thinking of a cleanse, but not sure if that is possible since she is so little. Also I am still nursing her a couple times a day.
