In the first place the oil does not just sit in your stomach. If applied topically it absorbs through the skin
and goes into the blood stream going directly to the area it is needed. If taken internally it does the same,
goes into the system and starts its healing process.
I know people who have taken oregano internally for years and love what it has done for their wellness.
The reason Dr. Hill adviced us to take an occasionaly break from oregano is due to the power of our
oregano. It is so pure that too much for long periods of time could overwhelm the liver. We just need
to be cautious.
If you are looking for scientific information there are some papers on doterra.com also on pubmed.com
and just putting any of the oils out to google and you will get all kinds of info.
A lot of the information out there deals with oils that are not pure, or that have been grown or processed
without the strict guidlines that doterra uses.
Our oils are the finest I have ever found. I am so grateful that doTerra is among a small group that insists
on only the best.
