She was first hospitilized with Acute diverticulitis. They thought she had a bowel perferation and talked surgery, but that is now under control and I had to ask the dr. to put her on a pro-biotic. He was going to give her an over the counter one, but I suggested PB  Assist and he was impressed with it...so she is doing much better. Thanks for all the suggestions and concerns. I love this group...such caring people! Love you all.

I am a nurse of nearly 30 years and had horrible diarrhea when the dr. put me on antibiotics several years ago. The "cure" was simply discontinuing the antibiotics!! What are we treating her with antibiotics for??? This may be simplistic, but it worked for me, so I thought I would offer it up.
