Some of the oils can be kind of drying and the Witch Hazel would add
to that.
I would always use a carrier oil that was good for you and I think that
is what we have with our Fractionated Coconut Oil.

at all, even lavender mixed with water. I wonder if the EO is eating

to apply it with her hands if I can't find a spray bottle that works.
