No matter what oil you use you will still need to remove the nail. You can do it
yourself or go to a podiatrist and have it done. Use Melaleuca or OnGuard to keep
any infection away. Then try keeping the nails clipped straight across so they won't
go into the sides.
It will be fun to see if anyone else has a good idea for this.
