Re: [Everything doTERRA] labored breathing (huffing and puffing)

Chris -
One of the main problems is that she is living in Denver! :-) At any high
altitude - the oxygen in the air is less - and that could really cause
problems with people who are used to a sea-level. Although - the air may be
cleaner. :D
As it states in the new book "Modern Essentials" - the lungs function to
exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide and they keep the body supplied with
oxygen necessary to keep cells alive. It recommends FRANKINCENSE and
SANDALWOOD either applied topically to lung area to help with Oxygen
(diluted with carrier oil) or diffused into the air.

It also would be helpful for her to apply BREATH, EUCALYPTUS, and SANDALWOOD
on the bottoms of her feet. (Other oils that are also recommended are
Frankincense, Elevation and On Guard for possible infections).

One of the recommendations in the book say to apply to chest, sinuses, neck
or reflex points on the feet.
I hope that helps you and your friend.
