[Everything doTERRA] Chemical allergic burn

My lovely wife had a massage.  Person uses essential oils.  Worked her shoulder/back more than other areas as it was needed.
She came home, and tok a bath with Epsolm salts and Lavendar, a few drops.
She felt her back burn slightly.
After her bath, noticed her back was red, like from a sunburn,
I applied some lavendar.
Next morning, noticed an area near her shoolder where the massuese must have used more oil,
not sure what, but I know it was not jojoba.  And it was more red and peeling.
That evenn, it was like a second degree burn, not quite blistered, but hurts.
I apply Lavendar and Vita E cream in morning.
Coconut oil and Frank late afternoon/early evening when she comes homr from work.
And Aloe gel and Lavendar at night before sleeping.
Don't have many other oils, yet, Peppermint, Lemon, Melaleuca, on guard, Purify, and breathe is all we have.
Budget a few ea month.  No Heli.
If I were to order one more oil or change current protocol, suggestions?
