I absolutely love DoTerra and I did the cleanse and saw an immediate positive effect on my hormones and body function. However, I will be honest with you I was only taking 1 capsule of Gx assist at a time. I forgot one day to take afternoon dose so I took a double dose (2 capsules) in one setting for the evening. I was in soooo much pain I thought I was going to have to go to the ER, my husband was very concerned. I can't remember which oil we used but we rubbed one on my tummy and I laid down and he prayed. A friend of mine told me when she takes more then one capsule it gives her severe cramps. We both still do the cleanse regularly but stay in the 1 capsule at a time because we know that's what our body can handle. It's good to have an answer even if it's not necessarily the most popular one. I hope this helped you.
