Anna, Pat is correct. However, I highly recommend getting some stainless steel rollerballs! I personally dislike getting most oils on my hands, and washing the oil off is so wasteful!

Unless you have problems with certain oils, or a condition that would prevent you from using certain oils (not pregnancy), I can think of no oil that you can't use for you and your family.
