I am working on remineralizing my back molar. I am oil pulling, using On Guard toothpaste,  I make my own mouthwash with On Guard and Peppermint for after brushing, then I rub a touch of Birch on the area. It was written up in either Mercola or Weston Price about dietary needs to remineralize teeth. I think that The Healthy Home Economist had this study on her site.

A long time ago I read (somewhere?) that it is possible to heal cavities and 're-mineralize' teeth.  Has anyone heard of this?  Tried it?  I wonder if there are oils to help do it, or other methods/substances.  I did already look in the archives but all I could find was to use On Guard or lemon oil to help gums and teeth be healthy.  Nothing about actual repair.
