After my hysterectomy I had the same issues and it's not fun at all. I went on bio-identical hormones which has been a lifesaver!! I tried the oils as well, but they alone did not work for me. The LLV is great for my moods and energy levels and the phytoestrogen along with oils balances out everything, however still have to use the bio-identical ones for my husband's survival...lol.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Hormones AFTER a hysterectomy HELP!!
Someone I know has asked what I would recommend to help her with her moods and hormones. She said she has a hysterectomy a year ago and since then, her hormones seem out of whack. She says she is either crying or mad and it's really taking it's toll on her family. I don't really know what your body goes through after a hysterectomy, but the only thing I can think of her trying is the Clary Calm, Phytoestrogen and maybe Gernanium for her hormones and Wild Orange or Elevation for mood. Anyone have any experience with this or what I can give her to try?
