Not sure but breath would help open her lungs. I think you would have to figure out what she is allergic too. Mine is nerve related.

My bonus daughter's whole face and throat and face swell up. We haven't been able to narrow down what she's allergic to.
I love and trust the oils, but she's so afraid when it happens, that she just want's benadryl so she can breath.
And would rubbing on her feet be best? Or closer to her face?
