Carla,
My dog has food allergies and our vet recommended fish and potatoes. If
you live near a Costco, the Kirkland brand of Pacific Wild Salmon &
Potatoes is appropriate for all ages and I believe it is grain-free. It is
produced by Iams but labeled for Costco under the Kirkland logo. I have
had EXCELLENT results with it and the cost is around $30-$35 for a 30 pound
bag.
Best wishes ...Rebecca

Hi!

I absolutely love the way certain oils, like lemon, lavender, eucalyptus,
and malaeluca (however the heck you spell it, I literally always get it
wrong) smell when I clean with them! I usually just mix a few drops in
with a 50/50 vinegar/water mix (or 60/40). However, I've noticed that my
spray nozzles stop working within 2 weeks or so. I'm a little tired of
ALWAYS buying new spray bottles (I want to SAVE money, not spend more, dang
it!). Does anyone have any solutions to the destructive-to-spray-nozzle
power of essential oils?

(I'm going to try and find some chemically resistant ones from Home Depot
or Lowes next. We will see how those work.)

Thanks!

Has anyone had any luck with using essential oils for treating colitis? My
sister suffers from this and keeps her home bound for months and in such
misery. I just feel there has to be something out there to treat it
naturally.

greetings all -

i've lived with HCV for 37+ years (i'm 55 now) - chronic symptoms for 20
years. have been able to manage chronic symptoms with nutrition,
supplements, active lifestyle, until recent years. significant decline now.

at this point, i *must* clear the virus from my system. am unable to
tolerate the toxicity of early mainstream treatments (interferon,
ribavirin, etc). am not a candidate for newer less-toxic pharmaceuticals
(sofosbuvir, ledipasvir, etc) due to my genotype resisting their efficacy.

have read other posts pertaining to essential oils and HCV which are very
helpful for symptom relief and liver support.

would much appreciate if someone(s) could address EOs which are found to be *specifically
effective in reducing / eradicating the virus from the body*.

HCV-related cognitive diminishment is significant symptom for me, so, if
this information has already been posted and i missed it, please excuse my
oversight.

deeply grateful for your responses.

Hi there.

I recently signed up under my sister, who lives in Pennsylvania. I live in
Huntersville, NC. We talk a lot and take advantage of the blogs, Facebook,
Pinterest, etc but I am looking for other doTerra consultants in my area. I
live in Huntersville, NC which is very close to Charlotte.

I'm looking to meet up and talk about how other people use and sell
doTerra.

Please let me know if you're interested.

Thanks!

So I'm confused. Some say to continue LLV during a cleanse and others say not to. Thoughts? I am discontinuing everything taken internally to do the cleanse. But if it would be beneficial to continue LLV to avoid adverse reactions during the cleanse I would like to to that. Thanks for your thoughts!
Leah Spencer <chrisandleahdoterra@gmail.com>: Sep 12 02:22PM -0600

Go with your gut here. What do YOU want to do? Everybody situation is a
little different.

My current situation is that my nursing prevents me from doing a cleanse. I
can't afford to have those toxins passing to my babies. So I focus on one
end, improving my health, bringing more good than bad to my body. When they
wean, I'll probably put myself through a giant detox. I'm hoping that since
I spent several years setting up a foundation of good health, I'll bounce
up pretty fast after doing my own cleanse.

Blessings,
Leah

I agree with Leah about everyones situation being different. I know Dr.
Hill said that in most cases taking the LLV when cleansing is fine to do.
But you noted "most cases". Use you intuition!

And... Should I continue with LLV while on the cleanse? I haven't taken it for the last couple of days but if NOT taking it while on the cleanse will cause problems I'd sure like to avoid that!
amoseley <5moseleys@gmail.com>: Sep 12 08:17AM -0700

Oh yeah! Sorry. Just read about starting LLV slowly when I'm done! :)

Our tried and true for anxiety is just plain old Wild Orange. It works for
me and my niece (she's 9) and the three of my kids who have GAD too. We
just put a drop in our palms, and cup our hands and breathe it in!

My husband was out weeding a couple days ago and came back with a rash on his hands and face (he wasn't wearing gloves). I haven't seen any poison Ivey in the place he was weeding, but maybe something like that could have been there. Anyway, we tried rotating peppermint and onguard and then frankincense and myrrh. It helped with most of the spots on his hands and neck but the area under his eyes is extremely puffy. I've used clear skin there with no avail. Any suggestions? We've got an event this Sunday, and he's starting to look like the elephant man!

THANK YOU!!! My youngest just turned 6. He won't let me put the oils on
the roof of his mouth, what can I do in place of that other than put it on
the bottoms of his feet? He can swallow capsules. How much would I use??
