Go with your gut here. What do YOU want to do? Everybody situation is a little different.
My current situation is that my nursing prevents me from doing a cleanse. I can't afford to have those toxins passing to my babies. So I focus on one end, improving my health, bringing more good than bad to my body. When they wean, I'll probably put myself through a giant detox. I'm hoping that since I spent several years setting up a foundation of good health, I'll bounce up pretty fast after doing my own cleanse.
