These 3 really help me when my sinuses feel beyond hope
1)I might suggest watching this wonderful video on sinus steam (see below) this is really effective, was for me and I am happy to share.
2)Also other things I did was to gargle with water with a little apple cider vinegar with the mother. Pulls up so much Flem. When sinuses are really troublesome, I might use 3-5 bathroom cups with ACV and gargle deeply and this never ceases to amaze me.
3)Dr Christopher eyewash- wonderful!

You Will Need: 1 part Eyebright herb, 1 part Bayberry bark, 1 part Red raspberry, 1 part Goldenseal, and1/8 part Cayenne.
To make the eyewash, put one teaspoon of the formula in a cup of boiling distilled water. You should never use tap water. When the tea has cooled, and the herbs have settled to the bottom, pour the solution through a clean piece of cotton or wool. Don't use any synthetic fibers. Then pour a small amount in a glass eye cup, which you can get in any drug store. I use a dropper which works well.

What oils are recommended for chronic sinusitis? My husband has had really bad sinuses for over 40 yrs along with bad migraines. He cannot go in to a restaurant without his sinuses swelling up & then running really bad. He cannot blow his nose because it makes his ears pop & is painful. Nothing that he has ever taken over the counter or any drug has ever worked for him. He is a truck driver & desperately needs something that will help him with all the above & sleeping, since he sleeps & works different shifts. Thank you for your help.
