[Everything doTERRA] Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction and Painful Flat Feet -

After seeing my podiatrist, JOHN Hoang Pham, DPM,  with his diagnosis of Acquired Flat Foot  -  he gave me a choice of DAS BOOT (orthopedic knee high boot), a cast or crutches. I chose DAS BOOT - I had a short one 3 years ago and then was given a Richie Brace by Dr. H. Alvin Jenninigs - which corrected my problem 85%. Unfortunately, I have re-injured the posterior tibial tendon and there is a small swollen painful mass on the inner side of my foot. I iced it daily and even did bed rest with the foot elevated 2 days a week . I am single mom so I must get up an do LIFE. I CAN NOT  take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), can help reduce swelling and pain because of my stomach and  Dr. Pham agreed with me that cortisone shoots are useless for me.
I am seeking the use of doTERRA oils and products to reduce the inflammation, help regenerate healthy cells without breaking the bank. I have been using Deep Blue and Lemon Grass oils directly on the swollen area and up my leg mid-calf. From other comments I see I need to use Lavender too. To be honest the LLV Wellness supplements will break the bank this month - getting my collegiate ready for college this month has tapped out my spending monies.
