Grapefruit has been highly studied for weight loss, even sing prior to eating helps. I'd start a cleanse once you ween as it sound like possible toxin build up your body is trying to store away from your milk supply and organs. We are exposed to lots of toxins in the modern world.
In mean time ideas for you. I think Zendocrine supplement is safe during nursing. Its a filter cleanse. Lemon or grapefruit in your water is a supper gentile cleanse even considered safe during pregnancy. I'd up the amout in water a day keeping an eye on baby as theoretically some could show in your milk and baby might not be a custom to the flavor.
Adding Grapefruit to your lotion or fractionated coconut oil to apply after shower, massaging into problem areas.
Diet: A green smoothy for breakfast with Trim Shake or just Trim Shake. LLV- if your not on it. I would get in it. Your body may be looking for a nutrient fat it's not getting to make repairs with. No sweets, no breads and avoiding processed foods and milk products generally helpful for weight loss. Raw lunch also if your body us storing fat you may be low in the right types if fats again and avocados are a fav source of good fats. Its a tip that has helped many. :)
