Re: [Everything doTERRA] Trying to Avoid a Hysterectomy

Many of the issues sound all to firmiluar. To up blood volume - Choraphill. Our body sees it like red blood cells. She sounds like she should look into anemia- iron poor blood. Iorn supplements are known to constipate and that means your body is not really using it. Id look into food based iron. Beats and spinach. Some suggest steaming spinach gets rid of the an iron inhibitor in the spinach so its iron is more bio-available. I have not look into that a lot.

Other pertinate questions: Is she retaining water? What is her stress level like? How is she dealing with the heat? How is her sugar intake? How is her diet? Protien level? Veggies? -if she is not retaining fluids Cell Food or electrolytes is a good thing to look into.

Defiantly look into the LLV (bio available vitimins- hugely important- focused on reducing inflammation) & ClaryCalm , Phytoestrogen. It's where Id start if it were me. The clarycalm can be helpful the week prior to Menstration as well. Id try using the blend starting the week prior to menstration on at the least. That is the direction I'd look.
