I ADORE Cedarwood, it has become my favorite sleep aid. I rub a bit between my big and second toe (both feet) and have amazingly DEEP sleep! Also, when I travel I have some in a spray bottle to spray around the edges of the mattress in a hotel ... keeps the bed bugs away ... it has worked so far, but maybe there haven't been bedbugs anyway. No matter, it goes with me anyway!
