Have you tried OnGuard Toothpaste? We did not have any cavities, no plaque to scrape in 3 years. We brush our teeth with a drop of lemon after toothpaste if our teeth are not as white. That's all of us including my daughter who got cavities. She did not get them every time like yours. Our dentist was befuddled by a family of six with such clean teeth. We were thrilled I used to hate going to the dentist with all of the scrapping my mouth would ache after.
My gums are not receding anymore either.- only other thing I did there was swipe them with Immortelle a couple times (tasted really nasty so I did not continue). I do put Frank under my tongue regularly but b4 visit it was occasional. We are on LLV and the littles on the children's.
