The Life Long Vitality supplements come in a packet. There are 3 bottles. I take 4 of each bottle every day. I have just added their MITO2 max for energy & stamina. I am amazed at the results already. I don't think I included in my last post that I had been taking hydrocordon for pain...3 times a day. I have reduced it to 1 a day and will be completely off by the end of this month. I was taking it for the psoriasis and psoratic arthritis.
