[Everything doTERRA] Re: extreme sensitivity to peppermint

I saw a suggestion to use a drop of Frankincense on your thumb, and hold it on the roof of your mouth in the soft part.  I've tried it, and it works great!!  Or you can use it on your temples or back of your neck.  Lavender is another great oil to use for headaches as it can be used in the same places as Peppermint (temples, back of neck).

I have a rare stroke-inducing migraine type and peppermint is a trigger.  Many of the oil blends from doTerra include peppermint.  Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative oil or oils to replace peppermint?
